The Brief
When The Paddle approached us back in November 2021, our main objective was to help build their online presence alongside killer content.
We deliver meaningful social media engagement, drive traffic to the website to make those all important bookings and dive into research & insights from our discussions to form clear objectives to take them from where they were to where they want to be. (The end goal).
The Solution
We created a social media strategy for The Paddle, engaged with all coffee and brunch lovers located on The South Coast. We established their brand image as the top quality brunch spot in Highcliffe. We organised and directed photoshoots to create the right imagery across their social platforms and created reels adding a more personal touch to the socials. We have ran multiple monthly competitions to generate interest and footfall into the cafe, enticing the South Coast using Instagram and Facebook.
The Results
The Paddle is now one of the most popular brunch spots along the South Coast, with 7k followers on their socials. They have also been able to open multiple locations.
